Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the BeviPay mobile application and website.
By using BeviPay, you accept and agree to these terms.

User Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 15 years old

  • Provide accurate personal information

  • Use the platform legally and responsibly

Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Keep your login details secure

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

  • Notify BeviPay immediately of unauthorized access

Use of Services

BeviPay provides:

  • Airtime & data purchases

  • Utility bill payments

  • Bulk SMS

  • CAC services

  • DUNS and foreign company formation

  • Betting top-ups

  • Gift card purchases

  • Transport/eSIM/cards

  • Airtime-to-cash services

  • Virtual account creation

  • Other digital services as added

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any service at any time.

Fees & Payments

Service charges and/or convenience fees may apply.
All transactions are final except where refund policies specifically allow.

Rewards & Token System

BeviPay users earn tokens on transactions.
The structure may change at any time.
We may revoke tokens gained through fraud or abuse.

Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

  • Use BeviPay for unlawful activities

  • Engage in fraud, identity manipulation, or chargeback abuse

  • Interfere with the app’s functionality

  • Use the service for money laundering or terrorism financing

Intellectual Property

All app content, design, branding, and technology belong to BeviPay and cannot be copied without permission.

Limitation of Liability

BeviPay is not liable for:

  • Losses caused by user mistakes

  • Downtimes from third-party providers

  • Network issues from banks, telecom operators, or service partners

  • Consequential or indirect damages

Account Suspension/Termination

BeviPay may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Engage in fraud

  • Violate our terms

  • Threaten platform integrity

  • Abuse promotions or rewards

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
